A motorcycle shop owner says he wants to clean up his Seminole Heights property and make the neighborhood proud.
The city's code enforcement board has given him 30 days to prove it.
Scott Bitman told a hearing officer this month that he has hired a contractor to build a storage facility and a stucco wall. Inspectors say Bitman is violating city code by storing motorcycle parts, helmets and other equipment in an open shed.
Bitman must also clear debris and trash along the side and rear of his shop, 7601 Nebraska Ave.
