Greetings Bicyclists
We are a bicycle club based in the Seminole Heights area of Tampa, FL. SHBC regularly plans 3 different ride types: Kid-Friendly Family Rides; Longer, slow-paced rides on local Seminole Heights streets; and 15 to 30 mile rides which begin and end in Seminole Heights. We also hold an occasional special bicycle event that celebrates the Seminole Heights community.
THIS TRIP: The 20+ mile ride does a short loop into Northern Seminole Heights and ventures into Hyde Park, Davis Island and Downtown Tampa. Its a wonderful ride through neighborhoods, water fronts and urban areas with various terrain. The pace will be around 16-17 mph with no stops, however, there are many opportunities to rest along the route.
